In a greased mug, combine 3 tablespoons of almond flour, 1 teaspoon maple syrup, ⅛ tablespoon of baking soda, 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of grated carrots, 1 tablespoon raisins and 1 tablespoon of almond milk. Cook in a microwave for 2-4 minutes.
STUFFED BAKED APPLE
