Kylie Jenner has never been shy about revealing her frequent cheat meals, from her epic trips to McDonald’s to her favorite junk foods. However, when it comes to her workout routine, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star doesn’t mess around. So, how does the Kylie Cosmetics founder keep in such enviable shape? She recently revealed her ab workout to her followers on Instagram—and it’s certainly not for the faint of heart.

In a montage video posted to her account on March 29, Kylie shows off her routine, which she starts with an uphill outdoor run. She follows up the jog with a high-incline treadmill run before hitting the floor for some core-toning exercises.
Among her go-to moves? Toe touches (in which the star taps one hand on her opposite foot while lying on her back), crunches, leg raises, planks, and side planks. “never miss a Monday!” she captioned the intense workout video.
The star has been sharing her workouts with fans more frequently as of late; just the day prior, she posted a clip of her 3.5-mile run to her Instagram. In fact, Kylie’s been open about her disdain for traditional gym-based workouts in the past. “I never find myself in a gym,” she told Harper’s Bazaar in 2020. “I find myself on the floor of my bedroom looking up on, like, Google or Pinterest and doing abs, lunges, squats—all that good stuff.”
However, it’s not workouts alone that have kept Kylie fit. The star has admitted to cleaning up her diet recently, too. On March 28, Kylie revealed on Instagram that she’s been trying to adopt a plant-based diet—similar to the one big sisters Kourtney and Kim Kardashian follow—and she’s admitted to relying on a simple trick to silence her late-night food cravings in the past.
