Raven-Symoné hasn’t let the pandemic get in the way of her healthy living efforts. The actor and former host of The View took to Instagram to share the latest on her “Pounds Down” journey with her fans, revealing some of the steps she took to achieve her impressive weight loss.

Symoné reveals that she’s been combining exercise and occasional fasting to achieve her massive slimdown.
“Right now, I am doing a fast,” she says. “I’m doing a 48-hour fast, so we’re on that journey right now.”
As for her workout routine, Symoné says that she and wife Miranda Pearman-Maday have teamed up to get fit together.
“We just did a nice 30-minute walk around the neighborhood,” says Symoné.

“We started a little exercise journey together. A little exercise journey challenge,” says Pearman-Maday, revealing that the series will go up on YouTube in the near future.
“We’re still filming it. We’re going to share it with you guys when it’s all done,” says Symoné.
“I think it’s safe to say it’s kind of transformative,” says Pearman-Maday.
This isn’t the first time Symoné has transformed her body in recent years. In 2011, the star opened up about shedding 70 pounds, admitting that the weight loss had transformed her body, but not her message of self-acceptance.
“Whether or not I’m this size, I always preached, ‘Be comfortable with yourself,’ and I will preach that forever,” she told People.
