New Update: Package Opening Authorization at Delivery

You can now automatically inform the shipping company whether the customer is authorized (or not) to open the package upon delivery, when synchronizing your orders.

⚙️ Global Configuration
This option is global and is set once from:
Settings → Logistics → Delivery Options
✅ Check “Allow package opening” according to your delivery policy.

📦 How the information is transmitted

• If the shipping company has a dedicated field for package opening authorization, IG60 transmits the information directly and automatically via this field during synchronization.

• If the shipping company does not offer this option, IG60 automatically adds the information (if activated) in the Notes / Comments section of the synchronized package.

✅ Result: clearer communication with your logistics partners, less ambiguity upon delivery, and a better customer experience.
