Order Timeline: Now Tracking Every Change to Your eCommerce Orders

We're continuing to improve the Order Timeline.
After adding who performed each action, we now also record what was modified.

When an order is modified, the Timeline now specifies the details of the action, for example:

Product Modified: T-Shirt — XL / Black

• Quantity: 1 → 2
• Price: 50 → 45
• Color: Red → Black

Customer Info Modified:

• Phone 1: 22000000 → 23000000 
• City: Sfax → Tunis

Also:

• Products added, deleted, or replaced, with their options and colors
• Discount, shipping costs, order total, and remaining balance to pay
• Payments added or deleted
• Modification of notes
• Disassociation of the order from the delivery company

What this means for you:

• You know exactly what changed on an order, when, and by whom.
• Disputes with a customer or between team members are resolved faster: the history serves as proof.
• Each line is displayed in your interface language.

This improvement is available now for all new order modifications. Older modifications retain their original display.
