Set Up Custom Manual Payment Methods on IG60

You can now create, request, and accept manual payments directly from IG60 🎉

Ideal for sellers who don’t have access to online payment or who sell virtual products.

🔹 Examples of methods you can create:
Bank transfer · Postal money order · D17 · Wafacash, ATB PAY, IZI Zitouna, WeBank,  Flouci · eWallet etc...

🛠️ How does it work?

From Settings → Payment, you can add one or more manual payment methods.

For each method, you can:

• 📝 Define payment instructions
  (e.g., bank details, steps to follow, deadlines, etc.)

• 📍 Choose where to display instructions:

  • when selecting the payment method

  • and/or on the thank you page after the order

✅ Advanced option: Mandatory payment confirmation

You can activate the option:
“Request payment confirmation before order validation”

➡️ In this case:

• The customer cannot finalize their order without:

  • entering a payment reference, and/or

  • uploading a proof/receipt of payment

📄 This information is then visible in:
Order modification page → Payment tab
