New Feature: Real-Time Abandoned Cart & Live Order Tracking

Studies show that approximately 70% of eCommerce shopping carts are abandoned. 

To help you reduce this rate by allowing you to intervene before the customer leaves your site, we are pleased to announce a new feature that will help you reduce the abandoned cart rate and track orders in real-time on your IG60 store.

Key Features:

Abandoned Cart Tracking:

Activation : This feature is enabled by default. You can manage it from the settings under the "Application" -> "Abandoned Cart" menu.

Instant Notification : As soon as a customer enters a phone number (minimum 8 digits) or a valid email, you will be notified of an ongoing order.

Real-Time Visualization : The ongoing order will be displayed live under the "All Orders" tab. You can track updates the customer makes while creating their order.

Proactive Interaction :

Intervention in Case of Abandonment : If the customer hesitates, forgets to confirm, or encounters a problem, you can contact them to answer their questions and encourage them to finalize their order.

Jeton Management:

Notification Cost : One Jeton will be debited as soon as the customer enters a valid phone number (minimum 8 digits) or a valid email.

No Additional Cost : If the customer finalizes their order or if you validate it from your side, no additional Jetons will be debited.

Important Notes:

Order Status : The order will initially have no status. If you validate it from your side, you will need to assign a status to it.

Modifications and Updates : If you modify the order or change its status, real-time updates made by the customer will no longer be taken into account to avoid overwriting your changes.
