New Integration: WINSMS – Tunisia's Leading SMS Platform Now on IG60

We've integrated the API of WINSMS, Tunisia's leading SMS platform, allowing you to automatically send SMS messages to your customers based on their order statuses.

✨ Usage Examples:

• 🟠 "Customer Unreachable" Status → Send an automatic SMS asking the customer to call you back to confirm the order.

• 📦 "Shipped" Status → Inform the customer that their order is on its way.

• ✅ "Delivered" Status →

  • Invite the customer to return to your site to leave a review

  • Thank them for their trust with a warm message

  • Offer a discount coupon to encourage them to place a new order

• 🔁 "Order Cancelled" or "Return" Status → Notify the customer and offer a solution or a compensatory voucher.

⚙️ How to activate it?

1. Go to Settings → Applications

2. Activate WINSMS and enter your API settings

3. Go to Status Configuration to define the SMS messages to send for each status
