Until now, the Order Timeline, available directly on the order modification page, primarily recorded the order creation event (Web / Internal) as well as events you added manually.

Now, the Timeline is automatically enriched with many important events:

✏️ Order modification
🔄 Order status change
📞 Call status change
🚚 Synchronization with a delivery company
📦 Delivery status change
🔗 Dissociation of a delivery company from the order
🔓 Unblocking an IG60-sponsored order

👤 And most importantly: who performed the action?

For each automatic event, IG60 also records the user who initiated the action.

This way, you can know not only what happened and when, but also who did it.
