Automatic Customer Categorization by Delivery Status on IG60

If you synchronize your orders with your shipping carrier, we now automatically assign a visual category to your customers, based on the status of their latest order:

🟢 Package Delivered: the customer's name appears in green, with a green circle

🔴 Package Returned: the customer's name appears in red, with a red circle

👉 This automatic icon is displayed only if no custom category has yet been assigned to this customer.

📌 If you have already defined a category for this customer, the name's color will still change automatically according to the status of their latest order.

✅ This classification applies to all past and future orders of the customer.

Thus, when you see a name in green 🟢, you quickly know that it's a returning customer whose last order was successfully delivered.
If it's in red 🔴, it means that their last order was returned.

👉 In both cases, you can click on the customer's name to view their complete order history and assign a custom category, if necessary.
